We’re delighted to see that minicabit recently won the ‘Best Ground Transport’ category at the Travolution Awards alongside leading travel tech brands such as Trip.com and On The Beach. It’s our 3rd win in this category, having also won in 2019 and 2016.
This time we were recognised for our smart use of tech which
- enabled us to further improve our service quality scores (we’re still the highest rated cab service on Trustpilot in the UK, if not Europe)
- help reduce the carbon footprint of our cab fleets by improving the efficiency of how they manage return trips.
Not even the impact of Covid-19 on everything can hold back the minicabit team from working on ways to make our customers and cab providers’ lives easier. Look out for more exciting initiatives in 2021!
