minicabit was delighted to sponsor and attend the ITT Conference in the city of Tel Aviv in Israel.
Delegates spanned the entire spectrum of the travel and tourism industry, from tour operators and travel agents through to airlines, hoteliers, tourist offices, travel insurance, finance, marketing and PR as well as those involved in education and training. I had the opportunity to network at all the whole host events and during the breaks in the conference sessions and met a whole host of existing and potential new clients for the company.
The Conference sessions featured speakers of the highest quality from inside and outside the travel industry including the Rt. Hon Ed Balls – former Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer and in true minicabit style I dressed as a chauffeur and introduced the Founder of G Adventures Bruce Poon Tip who was acting as my fare for the day!
I also had the privilege of being invited on two lunches. The first being hosted by the ITT itself and the other by the Telegraph, where again I was able to meet all the key sponsors as well as forging new relationships.
Despite there being a lower turnout to the conference due to possibly its location, I thought the quality of speakers was excellent and the calibre of delegates was perfect for our business.
